On our visit, we will assess the following:

• What size/capacity unit do you need? Our sales professionals will always measure your home!!! Additionally we will assess the following to help you get the right fit!
• Do you have any high ceilings?
• Do you have any skylights?
• Is your home well-insulated or not?
• Do you have hot or cold spots throughout your house?
• Are there humidity issues in your home?
• What efficiency (S.E.E.R.2) do you desire to provide you with the best working system while keeping your utility bills reasonable?

   

• Do you have any specific preferences and concerns so we can customize the best plan for you and your family.

AC Service

When you contact us at marvin e. kanze, inc., together, we will determine if an AC Service visit is the appropriate action for you.  When we service your home, we will dispatch a qualified and factory trained technician.  All marvin e. kanze, inc. technicians are criminally background checked and have several years of experience.   They will treat you and your home with care and respect. Lastly, our Service Techs are there to do one thing:  service your unit.  Our Service Technicians DO NOT have SALES quotas! We are there to fix your AC unit and make your family cool and comfortable.
